Retained Search is used for senior level searches or searches with difficult requirements or in remote locations. Our retained search process is tailored to meet the needs of our client. This is a research heavy process with agreed upon timelines, bi-weekly update calls, detailed search reports and complete candidate ownership for our clients until they deem a candidate unsuitable for the role.
